Suite 307 is a third-floor end unit with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix from both the living room and upstairs bedroom. Suite 307 has an up-north cottage character, making you feel happy and welcome when you walk in. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes and utensils ready for in-suite meals. This kitchen offers a cooktop and toaster oven, four barstools for extra seating, and the dining table can accommodate up to four people. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas-log fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a private balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and one bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV.

Favorite up north getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Returned to one of our favorite spots for late season skiing. Wonderful location, beautifully appointed condo with everything we need. Red Mesa Grill is a few steps away is a 'must'! Thanks to the friendly staff for another relaxing time with great views, we will be back!

My only note would be the following.: Extra coffee supply, which was given to me by the front staff. the property was very clean except that previous tenant decided to leave their personal vibrator in the bedside table and the cleaning staff missed it

The accommodations are superb, immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff at Water Street Inn are always personable, attentive to every need, and helpful. Our favorite place for a few days of relaxing and beautiful lake views.
