One of the most preferred neighborhoods in DC, this Dupont Circle brownstone rests on a tree-lined street and features fine dining within walking distance. The 3-unit, turn-of-the-century brownstone sits conveniently near Embassy Row, museums, salons, and shopping. Even better, nearby restaurants and bistros abound.

The living room, bright and sunny, features a new 46" Smart TV that includes basic cable, Apple TV, Netflix, and Hulu. The eat-in kitchen opens on to a private garden. Lightly decorated bedrooms upstairs feature a queen-sized in one and a double bed in the other.

Steps from the front door you will find a grocery store, a Rite-Aid, a dry cleaner, and yoga studios. Just a few blocks beyond enjoy gourmet restaurants, theatre, and shopping in all directions from Connecticut Avenue (a main thoroughfare) to 14th Street (a fashionable boulevard). After lunch or dinner you can enjoy a leisurely walk along Embassy Row.
Just minutes away, the architecturally magnificent DC subway will transport guests to the most popular sites: the Smithsonian, the Capitol, world renowned monuments and Arlington Cemetery, to name a few. The White House is a brisk 10-minute walk. Or, if you're feeling athletic rent a bike just around the corner and peddle your way through the city at a leisurely place through historic and scenic Rock Creek Park (14 miles end-to-end).
Our personal favorite “monument” is Nationals’ ball park, on the subway line.
We are delighted to share our home with guests from around the world. Our family has lived in Dupont Circle for over twenty years and it is our great pleasure to welcome new visitors to the tourist wonderland of Washington DC. We ourselves enjoy the cultural enclaves of this international city.
Most importantly, since 2005, we have thanked our lucky bats and balls that the "Nationals" is the city's official baseball team.
Deb Narcisso purchased this townhome in 1998
The property caught our eye because of the stately tree-lined neighborhood and the centrally located urban environment. We know our neighbors, who share our enthusiasms for nearby restaurants, an intra-city Rock Creek Park, walking tours, and world renown museums.

My daughters and I had the perfect spring break getaway to DC. The home was easy to access. Deb was nice enough to let us drop off our luggage early. It was a relief to have onsite parking. It is located only a few blocks from the Dupont Circle Metro. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. We did not want to leave though the Blue Ridge Mountains were calling us. We hope to visit again in the near future.
Absolutely loved the location of this property. It was centrally located to everything we needed to be near. Yet just far enough from the mainstream hustle for a peaceful getaway! Everything was provided that we needed and the owners were very helpful! We will definitely be back!
My husband and I stayed with our three children, ages 15, 14, and 10, for a few days during Christmas vacation week. The house was perfect for us. The location was better than I even thought. We could walk to anything we could possibly want, including some of the museums. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean and tidy. Anthony was a great host and even mailed me my very heavy pillow that I left there.
Beds were comfortable and location perfect for us, near family and in the heart of Dupont circle area. Very well stocked with basic needs and even coffee, tea, flour, spices. Kitchen well equipped and owner contact great thru text with speedy replies and face to face interactions offered. Roomy for hanging out with friends and family.
Thank you for a great stay! We just moved to NJ from Denver, CO and this year was our first year not hosting Thanksgiving. Being we have no family or friends on the east coast, we decided to get away to DC and explore! With a family of 5 (including three boys all 5 and under, and a miniature weenie dog), your home was perfect. We were able to make all our meals, cook our modest Thanksgiving dinner, and easily walk to the subway to get around. We enjoyed and appreciated having laundry on site (little kids!), and the back patio was perfect for our little pup to get outside! Everything was well-stocked, clean, and just easy. It was a nice break from the crazy that is NJ life! Thank you!
The townhouse was just as advertised: Exceptional location, quiet, well appointed, super comfy beds, cozy common spaces, great outdoor patio, everything nearby. A "how to" manual for the television would be an excellent addition to the welcome packet. Thank you, Deb and family!
