Located in the heart of Summit County, this property is within 15 miles of 5 world class ski resorts (which also host summer fun!). It is approximately 1 hour from the west side of Denver and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Denver Airport. This is a great central location for fun all seasons in the mountains in Summit County!

This corner unit features many desirable features such as two underground reserved parking spaces, a uniquely large and private patio overlooking the park and surrounded by mountains. A surplus of windows and natural light, and a private master bedroom balcony four stories above ground level for a superb view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the recently redone Town Park to the North.

Imagine leaving the gear on the roof of the car parked in the heated and access controlled garage (~8ft Clearance) or in the garage storage locker - waking up the next morning and surveying the plenty of close seasonal options for hiking, skiing, biking, sightseeing, fishing, and shopping. This is a great locale year round, Hop in the car and go!

Ski Fun

Decided to rent Condo in Dillon and enjoy EPIC pass in early December. Felt like we landed fresh powder every night and sunshine every day. What a great decision to make Dillon homebase.

Ski vacation

My family of 5 stayed for a long ski vacation weekend. This property was perfectly located! Only 5 or so minutes to Keystone and about 20 to Breck. We love to ski both so it was perfect! The Mexican restaurant below was a hit after a long cold day of skiing and my kids loved the fro yo place! Thank you!!!

We moved to Colorado in 2008 and have never looked back. We love the mountains and everything they offer to enjoy nature. We enjoy hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and landscape photography... anything that gets us outside.

Why they chose this property

Dillon is a great mountain town on a large lake surrounded by world class mountains. Locals know Summit County is as fun in the summer as it is in the winter. Lake Dillon provides an array of summer activities that other towns just can't offer such as sailing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddling, fishing and views!

In the winter it is centrally located amongst 5 world class ski resorts and the heated indoor garage make it easy to come and go.

The town of Dillon is a popular retreat with a strong foothold of micro breweries and a focus on family friendly activities. It has everything we are looking for during all four seasons. The downtown is very walkable to the Lake, Parks, Marina, Coffee Shops, FroYo, Brewpubs, and Restaraunts. We live in the suburbs in Denver/Boulder and it's nice to head up to this property and park the car for the weekend.

La Riva Del Lago has far and away the nicest condo units in Dillon. The condo sits on top of 3 stories of commercial space and the construction of the building insulates the condo from any sound in the commercial space. This provides elevated and long ranging views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Dillon. It is just a great getaway in the mountains.
