This totally remodeled and refurnished condo in the heart of Ponte Vedra is truly the best of the best.

Walk into this spacious bright and airy living room with breathtaking views of the ocean and sunrises! The expansive lanai that can be enjoyed screened in, glassed in or wide open also offers it's own beach access. The condominium comfortably sleeps four adults with a King in the Master Bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom or up to six with a sofa bed in the living room. It's a spot that adults as well as children will enjoy ... equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etc. , to keep every family member happy. There is even a telescope for those who love to star gaze. Private beach access, your own full size washer and dryer and more will make this your favorite vacation place.

It's all here. Large flat screen TV (with Cable), DVD and CD players, high speed Internet connection and wireless, central air, washer/dryer, updated, gourmet eat-in kitchen (with all cookware and utensils, coffeemaker, blender, etc.), large dining room table, all linens, towels, beach toys and more. All you have to do is ... relax and enjoy.

Enjoy long beach walks, searching for just the right shells and fishing and surfing right in your own back yard. Want golf? Several great courses at all price ranges including across the street and the TPC Sawgrass Players Club. Deep sea fishing charters nearby. And all the fine dining and shopping you'd expect.

Wonderful!
This is a great property! Right on the beach, well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, and a really nice balcony area. Everything about it was just right.

Great family vacation in PV
This was our second vacation at one of Kendra's condos in Ponte Vedra. The location is wonderful with easy access to the beach and no crowds. Kitchen is equipped, allowing us to cook meals during the week. We loved the sunroom for puzzles and reading. Kendra has been great to work with and I'm sure we will be back. (Note: condos we've visited have beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. This makes traveling so much easier!)

Perfect Beach Family Reunion
Our stay in Ponte Vedra for a family reunion was wonderful. The condo is right on the beach with easy access. The condo is comfortable and well equipped, including beach equipment and towels. The weather wasn’t great a couple of days, but the glassed in porch allowed us to sit and continue to enjoy the ocean views. The additional space was a huge bonus for hanging out, relaxing and doing puzzles. Kendra is an outstanding host and makes the entire stay from booking to checking out easy and convenient. We will definitely come back!

Great Players Championship Getaway
A short Uber ride from TPC Sawgrass, this is the perfect place to stay. Wonderful beach views and sounds of the ocean relaxes you at night. Large screened in patio with easy slide open windows allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze. Kitchen has a large toaster oven, large microwave, full sized oven, large fridge with working icemaker that make "at home" meals very convenient. Multiple puzzles and games are provided for a family activity at night while discussing the golf tournament. There are beach supplies such as a cooler, chairs, etc as well. Communication with the host was very easy. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Peaceful
We enjoyed our stay at the lovely beach condo in Ponte Verda. Amazing sunrises, and moon rises, many good restaurants close by, and a warm and hospitable welcome by Kendra. She is easy to work with and truly cares about creating a comfort space for travelers.
