-Outside there is patio with outdoor dining area and armchairs to relax. The garden is large and safe for children, with beautiful grass, flowers and trees where you can enjoy the calm and relaxing atmosphere while sunbathing on the sun loungers. There is also a BBQ area where you will find a brick barbecue table and chairs.
- The house has a park to park the car safely and access is done through a busy little street.
The house is located in a rural agricultural environment, with beautiful dwellings some hundred years old stone, where the landscape diversity, the quality of the climate and the air stand out.
A few minutes walk "800metros" you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and bank.
A few minutes by car you can visit the tourist area of Calheta, with its golden beach very popular with tourists and locals, the beautiful marina with good choice of restaurants bars and a good supermarket. You can also take a boat trip for Whale and Dolphin watching.
At 15 minutes you can find the beaches and the respective terraces of Ponta do Sol and Ribeira Brava, Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar.
Just 15 minutes away is the Paul da Serra at 1500 meters altitude where you can visit the Laurissilva forest of Madeira (UNESCO World Heritage.)
