The house is 100 meters from the magnificent lake of Génos-Loudenvielle; it is located a 5-minute walk from the Skyvall cable car connecting Loudenvielle to Peyragudes, thus facilitating winter and summer activities.
It is 230 m2, and can accommodate up to 12 people. It faces due south, has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room with a stone carved fireplace.
This very comfortable accommodation has large green spaces, overlooking the lake. This peaceful place is in the heart of a sunny valley, nestled between two ski resorts (Peyragudes at 10km, Val Louron at 5km) near the resort of Saint Lary (15km) and Luchon (24km). On the Génos-Loudenvielle lake, you can go pedal boating, canoeing, windsurfing, fishing, free flight (hang gliding and paragliding), bungee jumping, canyoning in Spain and enjoy the Balneotherapy center.
On the enclosed and flowered grounds of 1600 m2, relaxation areas have been set up around the spring which crosses the domain in order to commune with this haven of peace. In addition, you can eat outside and share unforgettable family moments around a barbecue. You have a garage and parking spaces, a chalet for skis or bikes. In high season, the house is only rented by the week.
