Attractively maintained and well equipped holiday home with whirlpool and sauna in one of the two bathrooms of the house. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, not far from the lake shore on Kvie Sø. The house has a larger terrace area, which is oriented to the southwest and partly covered. In the combined kitchen / living area with dining area and woodburning stove there is also a cozy alcove in a corner of the room where you can relax and unwind. Through the large windows you have beautiful views of the countryside and access to the terrace. Outside on the lawn are rocking scaffolding and sandpit for the youngest guests ready. The equipment of the house include u.a. an energy efficient heat pump, wood burning stove, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, free Wi-Fi and TV with both Danish and German channels. In addition to the two bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and a whirlpool, there are also four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the other two, each with two single beds. No rental to youth groups desired!
