Located 2 minutes walk from the market and garden Plantes Museum of natural history, this pleasant 40m2 T2 on the ground floor of a small quiet residence can accommodate 4 people. It has a private courtyard, closed wall, and a private room adjoining the apartment to store your bikes and strollers!
Rq: The apartment does not give in the main street! Only the bedroom and the kitchen overlook a small one-way street.
The dining room has a bay window opening onto the green and landscaped courtyard.

La Rochelle belle et rebelle

Stayed 11 days at this bijou apartment near everywhere of interest. The property had all we needed for a pleasant stay and was convenient to the old port, restaurants, museums and shopping area. Our hostess Emilie was most kind and as well as providing us with beach towels recommended some excellent restaurants and drove us to the airport at the end of our stay. We would love to return again. Merci beaucoup Emilie.

Very nice and cozy place in the city center

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It's cozy, comfortable, quiet and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk to the fantastic market and close to all kind of shops and activities. The owner is very nice and accommodating. We will be back!

Sejour sympa a la rochelle. Appartement bien situé, bien equipé, joliment décoré mais peu ensoleillé, ce qui doit etre agréable en periode estivale pour prendre le frais sur la petite terrasse. Accueil sympathique
