The recently converted old Harold Park Tramsheds is about a 7 minute walk with a range of good food destinations. The apartment is conveniently located near the Sydney Fish Markets and the Broadway Shopping Centre with supermarkets, movie theatres and video store. The Light Rail to the Casino, Darling Harbour and Sydney Terminal railway station is five minutes walk. The apartment is also only a few minutes' walk to the new Blackwattle Bay waterfront park.

The apartment is a non-smoking establishment. The minimum rental period is 7 nights.
The estimated cost is based on 2 adults sharing a bedroom. Additional charges may apply in other circumstances. A $500 deposit payable by EFT is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is normally 2pm, with departure by 10am. These times may be varied by prior arrangement with the owners.
