About this property

Large 300 sq.m house with a swimming pool on a fenced land of 3500 sq.m. You will find 7 bedrooms, including 3 couple's bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a 10 x5 m swimming pool with an electric cover, a huge terrace with panoramic view of the Drome Hills to the Ventoux Mount and a wooded garden and full of flowers. This is a very peaceful area. It is a few hundred metres from a medieval village and 7 km away from Montélimar. This place is ideal for those who love nature and old stones. It is located 1 h away from the Ardèche Gorges, Orange and Avignon. Golf course is 5 km away and Ancome air field 5 km away to practise ultralight aviation and possibly parachuting.

Great stay

Quiet neighbourhood, conveniently close to bakery, supermarkets,... Nice view, well equiped house with enough space for 8 adults and 9 children. Great outdoor dining area.

Belle propriété

Villa spacieuse au calme avec une vue magnifique, bien équipée pour une famille nombreuse. Petit bémol il manque des garde corps un sur le côté de la piscine un sur la terrasse et un sur le balcon d'une chambre (dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge) nous avons passé néanmoins un très agréable séjour

Semaine au calme

Grande propriété; la maison est plutôt bien équipée et sécurisée. On apprécierait la mise à disposition de literie et de serviettes bain. L'espace enfant est vieillissant; le revêtement de la piscine tout aussi vieillissant a causé quelques blessures et la présence d'algues. Deux parasols en bord de piscine nous paraissent insuffisants.

La maison est très bien équipée. Environnement très calme avec une très belle vue. Accueil et départ bien organisé. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.
