This LICENSED VACATION RENTAL is an upscale Key Largo townhouse you would not expect to find in the Florida Keys. With it's Malibu feel, this Vintage Chic two Bedroom unit is located at The Kawama Yacht Club! Just minutes away from John Penne Kamp State Park, known worldwide for its underwater scuba and snorkeling. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Watch my niece feed our friendly tarpon "BIG BEN" in the lagoon outside the unit.

The unit has been professionally decorated and completely remodeled in August 2017. The design reflects a vintage look and captures the tranquil elegance of the sea with an artful mix of chic and rustic elements.

The property offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The unit overlooks a salt water lagoon from its large balcony and is steps away from 2 heated pools, tennis courts and a marina. Adults can watch the kids swim in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room. The unit comes loaded with all new amenities. High speed Wi-Fi and 3 large smart TVs with Net Flix included.

The living area and master bedroom have an array of large windows overlooking a beautiful lagoon which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a sectional to comfortably seat the entire family. Unit includes new driftwood-finish oak flooring and a modern kitchen with seating for five on the counter and formal dining for eight. The master bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds and a 55” Smart TV with Internet connection. The guest room has a queen bed and also has a 55” Smart TV with Internet connection. The living space comfortably sleeps SIX. It has one full bathroom and a half bath downstairs, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, BBQ and outside dining area.

Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), oceanfront access, 24 hour security, boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddle-board, and fish or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free. About Property Manager

We are a Christian family of four. We have two boys ages 17 and 20 that have pretty much grown up on the ocean. Our boys love to fish, snorkel and swim. We are blessed to have a large extended family. Our Saturday traditions include waking up early, catching bait fish, snorkeling and later catching big fish. The kids come back to the pool for a swim while the men wash the boat and clean the fish. We have an evening of cooking and beautiful family time around the table as we enjoy our incredible catch of the day.

Why Property Manager chose Upper Florida Keys

This property is located on the ocean side. We keep our boat at the Kawama marina that is minutes away from the best fishing and snorkeling spots in all of the Florida Keys. ALSO..... we are tennis players!!! My husband and I play on several tennis leagues and a vacation is never a vacation if tennis is not on the agenda. The courts at Kawama are brand new and most importantly they are lit for night time playing.

What makes this townhome unique

This property is safe . Our permanent residence is in Miami where our children were not free to walk around the neighborhood when they were younger. When we arrive at our Key Largo paradise my family gains a freedom they do not get to normally experience. The children walk around, swim, play tennis without fear. We have never had peace inside of our home knowing the kids are outside playing like we do at this property. They LOVE to feed the very friendly tarpon "BIG BEN" just outside our back door.

Comfortable and Lovely

This is a truly lovely home in a nice community. The town homes surround a cool little lagoon that has a beach at one side and a dock at the other. There are shared kayaks for your use and well worth a paddle. The dock is great for feeding the very large fish that live in the lagoon. Above the beach is a nice pool. There is a small beach area by the marina and a point for watching the sunset. This is obviously a community tradition because there is a whole group down there each night. Everyone is friendly and fun. The house is very well done, beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated. It is close to some great restaurants, some you can walk to. Good location for access to the main drag that takes you to everything. Hosts were good to work with.

Great place!

We had such a wonderful time on our stay! We are a family of 4 with 6 year old boy and 9 year old girl. The place was perfect for us. Kids had a blast swimming in the pools and playing at the playground. Was close to John Pennekamp State Park, as well as some great restaurants. The owners were fantastic - answered the phone on the first ring, gave us a heads up when there would be a water shutdown (which was just for an hour in the middle of the day to fix a water valve). I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Family Vacation in Key Largo

Great little apartment

The apartment is small but very cozy and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location is great and you have view to the lagoon. The apartment was spotless when we got there and the apartment complex appears clean, safe and well maintained. There are 2 decently sized pools (one with salt water, the other chlorinated water) within 2 minutes walking from the apartment. The neighbors were very nice and discreet. There is a publix within 5- 7 minutes driving distance and several restaurants in the vicinity. We had a great time and would stay here again for our next trip to the Keys.
