This architect house was fully renovated in 2012. It is located right on a fine sandy beach where few people go even during summer. The sea is shallow and during high season, the part of the beach in front of the house is secured. It is surrounded by a big garden with trees and is completely fenced with 2 portals opening onto the beach, as well as an electric portal opening onto the avenue. There, 4 to 5 vehicles can park in total safety. It is secured with an alarm system and video surveillance. The opening and closing of the electric shutters are centralised. Pros of the house: superb raised terraces with sea views, a more private spot still with a sea view under a tamarix with a barbecue, a plancha and a huge, round stone table that can host 8 to 10 people. Another garden table that can host up to 10 people is set on another terrace. The living and dining room have AC on the ground floor, as well as a modern, yet warm decoration. This large room extends onto a terrace which is partly protected by electric awnings. Inside of the house, there is a flat screen LED TV with Apple TV, a DVD player and a hi-fi stereo system with an iPhone docking station. Still on the ground floor, lies a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a large induction hob, a fridge, a traditional oven, a multifunction microwave oven, a classic coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), an electric kettle, a toaster, an ice machine and a whole set of tableware. You can also find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a laundry room with a second fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a tap, a wardrobe and storage room for beach equipment (rackets, balls, flippers, masks and tubes for your own use), as well as garden chairs and sun loungers. Upstairs, you can find another separate toilet, another bathroom with a bathtub, two bowl sinks and a huge wardrobe on the landing. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms with their own wardrobe and desk. Three bedrooms and the office have a direct sea and beach view. Two of the bedrooms have 160-cm beds, the third one has a 140-cm bed and the last one has a 3-person capacity with 90-cm beds including 2 bunk beds (CD radio player available in this room). All the bedding is new. Sheets are provided. There is broadband internet with Wi-Fi as well as a well-supplied bookcase with different kinds of books and board games. Any sport and nautical activity can be practised close to the house. Corner shops and nice restaurants are 5 minutes away. The heart of the village is a couple minutes’ drive. Hypermarkets and cinemas are 15 minutes away. Montpellier and all its activities are 20 minutes away. There is a rich hinterland.
