This luxury property is designated for Holiday rental, featuring 6 +1 spacious Bedrooms, 1 King master suite and 5 Queen bedrooms all with A/C, heating, flat panel TVs. With the addition of 6 extra quality sofa beds and linens. The games room with fold out sofa, A/C and flat screen can also double as a 7th bedroom if needed.
Sea Monkeys boasts a very well equipped Main Kitchen, Delonghi automatic coffee machine and everything you would expect from an executive kitchen, also boasting an auxiliary upstairs Kitchen for deck entertaining.
The formal lounge has an open fire with pre cut complimentary firewood for the romantic winter getaway.
The all weather entertaining area is perfect for relaxed summer or winter stays, remote track blinds and gas heating keep the rain and wind out through the milder months and retract to keep you cool in summer, all with total privacy behind the property's secure perimeter wall.
Sea Monkeys has ample parking, with 3 spaces driveway parking, 6 spaces off street parking and ample parking for large boats or trailers.
At Sea Monkeys you will have full private, secure and exclusive access to the entire property.

TO AVOID THE DISAPPOINTMENT OF EVICTION, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO PARTY, OR OVERLOAD THE HOUSE WITH MORE THAN THE BOOKED AMOUNT OF GUESTS. IN THE EVENT OF A FUNCTION, PARTY, EVENT, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR THE PROPERTY BEING OVERLOADED, WE ARE REQUIRED BY LOCAL COUNCIL LAW TO INTERVENE, WE RESERVE AND WILL EXECUTE THE RIGHT TO SHUT DOWN AND LOCK UP THE PROPERTY WITH ALL MONIES FORFEIT. THE CONTACT NUMBER PROVIDED BY THE GUEST MAKING THE BOOKING MUST ALWAYS BE CONTACTABLE DURING THE STAY. INSURANCE IS THERE TO COVER BOTH PARTIES FOR THE UNEXPECTED.
