Our standard price is for 4 - 6 persons however we can cater for 1 or 2 persons. *If there is only 1 or 2 pwrsond staying, please let me know and I will work out a discount for you.
Our apartment is above our house at Coorparoo. Less than 6km from city centre.
Once you have booked, information about key lock numbers and important information about our property will be provided.
You have your own private entry and driveway with:
Three spacious queen sized bed and bedrooms;
Built in cupboards with hangers and a set our drawers as well as
Side tables and lamps;
Two large bathrooms, one bathroom has a deep bath, set up for bubble baths, a vanity and separate shower with a separate toilet room;
The second is attached to Master Suite, with large double showers, double vanities and seperate toilet room, lounge and dresser;
Our apartment has fully ducted air conditioning and is suitable for heating in our 2 cooler months (June/July) if required. Extra warm blankets are also supplied;
The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the kitchen and cooking equipment you require;
There is a new stove and hot plates as well a large deep fry pan. The
kitchen I'd fully equipped with plates, glasses, bowls etc.
Breakfast condiments are available such as jams, coffee, teas, spreads, tea, milk etc. A coffee machine is also provided with coffee pods plus instant and brewed coffee available.
*If you are coming in late, for a small fee, I am happy to go out and get you breakfast foods including fresh fruits and pastries and bacon and eggs. Just let me know if you are interested and I can arrange.
There are also two lounges and a large Smart TV, DVD, IPod, Books, Toys and a dining room table for 8 persons.
For families with young children, a high chair and child gate will be made available. *A cot will also be made available for little ones at no extra charge. Let us know if the cost is required on booking.
All Sheets, towels, hand towels and bed linen are supplied;
A separate laundry with washer, dyer, clothes line, iron and ironing board are also available and you will have access via your keys. There is also another iron and ironing board in the apartment;
There is a great verandah upstairs with outside table with 6 chairs and BBQ provided and a view of Brisbane City Buildings and lights;
A basket has been provided with BBQ outdoor items;
A front courtyard set up for your use; (Great breezes in the afternoons).
Parking: Quiet no through street parking which is free is available (Driveway parking is available for your use but is steep)
"We just love Coorparoo". The apartment is on the second floor of our modern purpose built house, very close to new Coorparoo Square, Movies, Woolloongabba, South Bank, South Brisbane and Bulimba, Hospitals and Brisbane City in Coorparoo.
No smoking in the unit and on the property including outside verandah ;
No large groups or parties.
Happy for small gatherings however no loud noises after 10.30pm and before 6.00am when leaving early.

Our apartment is suitable for families, couples, business people and all travelers to Coorparoo, Brisbane and South East Queensland as well as Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
We live on the property with a pet "Porky Sue". They have a separate entry and will respect your privacy however are more than welcome to assist.

6 minute drive to Brisbane City
Woolloongabba (The Gabba Cricket Ground) is only minutes away;
Walk 2.5 blocks to Factory 51 for Weddings, drinks
Walk 2.5 blocks to Coorparoo Square to Dendi Movies, great vietnamese food, mexican, sushi,
Walk 2.5 blocks to Coorparoo Train station and only 5 stops on the train to the Brisbane City;
4 stops on the train to South Bank and South Brisbane;
If you have young children, a great walk through a large park only 100 metres away and a walk from there to Stanley Street and different cafes and on to the Woolloongabba;
Brisbane Airport is a $50 cab fare away;
Try your hand at bowling with the Coorparoo Bowls only 200 metres down the end of the street and across a little park;
Close to Stones Corner 1.5 km (if you like walking, it is a great walk) or 3 minutes by car,
Easts Football Club where there is dancing, meals etc, a 10 minute walk or a courtesy bus if you join for a small fee.
Langland's Pool 50 metres just behind Easts Football Club
Carindale (a large modern shopping centre) is only 10 mins by vehicle. A bus service is also available.
Short walks to coffees and local shopping centres at Woollworths and Coles;
Cannon Hill shopping center is only 15 minutes away by vehicle.
Bulimba and access to the Brisbane River and Ferry as well as movies on Oxford Street, Bulimba.
Tapas Bar early 8 minute walk
Easy access to the Gateway and Motorway for access to Sunshine and Gold Coast and Brisbane domestic and international airport.
