There will be no fighting over who gets the better bedroom since BOTH second floor bedrooms are master suites with private baths... there is no inferior bedroom! Unit is equipped with tankless water heater for endless hot water and high efficiency central air conditioning; two features that not all places have but you will definitely appreciate during your stay. With only the $89 damage insurance fee there will be no deposit required except in certain circumstances. Rent my second unit right next door as well for groups up to 11.

Stay in this safe, private and extremely tranquil neighborhood oasis right in the heart of the Sunset Park district of world renowned Santa Monica, California. This architecturally significant pride of ownership building is absolutely fantastic.

Wake up to a hot cup of dark roast extra bold coffee after a restful sleep in one of the two plush-top queen sized beds encased in quality linens. Sip it out in one of your two private yards.

As the rest of Los Angeles bakes in sweltering heat, you'll be enjoying the gentle cool breezes blowing in off the Pacific Ocean. Rent a bike and go off to explore the extremely bicycle friendly city for the day.

Relaxing on the living room sofa (which folds to an additional two person bed) you'll find it difficult not to utter WOW as you gaze out the 12 foot high floor to ceiling windows to your own private yard filled with black bamboo, exotic succulents and other rare and unusual plants and trees.

Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and a hop skip and a jump away from 3rd Street Promenade, Bloomingdales, Santa Monica pier, Marina Del Rey with her flotilla filled harbor and the quirky antics at Venice Beach.

Easy access to the 10, 405 and 101 freeways make getting around town a breeze! Park your car in your dedicated space to avoid rush hour and climb aboard the light rail transit System to downtown LA (due to open May 20) and leave driving worries to Uber.

Spent 5 nights here in September - house and host met all our expectations for a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

From start to finish Paul was prompt and diligent in dealing with all our queries and ensured we got what we needed to know when we needed it.

House was in excellent condition. For us (2couples) it suited perfectly to have 2 private bedrooms with ensuites.

Paul was attentive but discreet at all times.

No hesitation in recommending this property.

Best property we have ever stayed in!

This beautiful condo was wonderful for our family of four - us and our two children of 8 and 6. Paul was a fantastic host and all the instructions were clear and he was there to meet us when we arrived to explain everything. The patio with BBQ was so sweet and we had a friend around for drinks and cheese and it was lovely to sit there with the fairy lights and warm breezes. The living room was comfortable for lounging and the boys enjoyed the Playstation of course. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a great cooler and ice packs we took with our picnic to the Hollywood Bowl. There were boogie boards on offer and our boys practically wore them out at Zuma Beach, as well as towels and bags for the beach. The beds were unbelievably comfortable - all our usual aches and pains seemed to melt away in these! The bathrooms were lovely with good showers. The property was close to a lovely ice cream shop, Sweet Rose Creamery and not far by car or bike from Santa Monica attractions such as the Pier or 3rd Street Promenade. We ate at Rustic Canyon which was great, as well as Urth Caffe, Huckleberry, Lemonade and other great places. Biking along the beaches to Venice, fun at Pacific Park on the Pier, the beaches, the Getty Villa (amazing!), shopping and Malibu not too far up the coast make for a fabulous time - and Paul's place is the perfect base for all your adventures. Enjoy and we will be back!!

Fantastic property, location and full of everything you need

This is our second stay this year at these great townhouses. Last time we stayed next door. Although these bedrooms are a little bit smaller they are well appointed and downstairs is a little bit bigger so I would recommend both of the townhouses. Paul is excellent to deal with and we had a smooth check-in process. He has thought of every little thing, from coffee machine, shopping bags to beach chairs.

Perfect vacation home!

We could not have asked for a better vacation rental experience. Paul's townhouse was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and outfitted with all of the conveniences of home. We were able to cook, do laundry, and relax in the (very soothing) indoor/outdoor living spaces. Paul was a consummate host, who made a point of greeting us and making himself available to answer any/all questions while we were there. We cannot recommend renting this townhouse highly enough -- we will surely be back!

Perfect Apartment

First thanks to Paul, the owner for being a gracious, thoughtful and welcoming host. Although we knew no one in Cali, Paul made us feel not only welcomed but that we could count on him. He was timely, responsive and thoughtful. The apartment and how it's laid out is also proof of that. It was very clean (one of the biggest peeves with homes we rent tends to be the cleanliness of sheets/blankets and towels, and this was the FIRST place we have rented where the sheets, blankets and towels were wonderfully, amazingly clean). We really just felt right at home. The location was also close to everything - supermarkets, the beach, easy access to highways. I went running in the morning and it was safe and easy. My son has special needs and we found both the apartment and the location able to accommodate his needs. We really just enjoyed our stay and would certainly choose this wonderful two-bedroom again if we are ever back in Santa Monica, which we hope to be!

Perfection in Santa Monica

We booked two weeks in July at this amazing residence and are so glad we did.

This clean, comfortable, luxurious and quiet townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers) to come home to every night. It was the perfect place to serve as home during our two week stay in Santa Monica.

The house is extremely well appointed with comfortable beds, bright rooms and a very high end kitchen. We felt like we were home right away.

The townhouse is located in a very quiet and safe area of Santa Monica, yet minutes drive from the Santa Monica Pier, beach and downtown.

Our host, Paul, went over and above our expectations. He was always a text away if we needed anything or had any questions.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Southern California that is close to many touristy areas, and is safe, clean and quiet, then I would HIGHLY recommend staying here.

If we visit Southern California again, we will absolutely stay here!

The Mediterranean climate is absolutely perfect here in Santa Monica. Its not unusually to drive from 100 degree weather in the San Fernando Valley just 10 miles away and have the temperature be 78 degrees in Santa Monica!
