Perfect location, excellent water and city views. Easy to/from airport using the Light Link. 5 minute walk from Pike Place and the waterfront. Very clean and quiet (for a city location). Building staff was lovely.
Only downside was that wi-fi was terrible. We ultimately stopped even trying to use it as it mostly wouldn't connect and was SUPER slow the few times it did. We were on vacation so our personal cell coverage was fine for internet use.
Highly recommended for vacation, would absolutely book again. But due to the wi-fi issues definitely not recommended for business travel.
The location is great! Literally at the harbor steps, adjacent Pikes Market area and the public market, city corner to the Seattle Art Museum. Not plush by any standard. Don't have a car over 6'6".

We really had a positive experience at this location. The check in was easy and the building was secure and safe. Awesome location and well maintained apartment.
The location was perfect, perfect and more perfect. The views from the unit were breath-taking. This was a wonderful vacation and one that we will do again.
We had a girls weekend here and had a blast. The condo was decorated nicely. Check I was a breeze. We could walk to anything. Short walk from the light rail. Everything we needed. The views were stunning. I could lay in bed and watch the great wheel all lit up. I must say there was construction going on right in front of you. It looks like another high rise going up. I sure hope they don't block the view. Seattle in general was under construction in many places. This did not phase us. I will stay here again even if the view is blocked. It was a nice place and close to everything.
Comfortable, Good View, Good Location
Chose the unit because of location, view and common area amenities. Location was good, view was great (though not clear if the new construction in front will obscure the view of the Ferris wheel when complete). Apartment was in good condition, attractively furnished and comfortable - though lacking the personalization of a private or more upscale rental. Complex is large. Extensive amenities though those that were important to us were a bit a of a disappointment - pool is smallish and only 3' deep so if you're hoping to use if for exercise (as we were), you'll have trouble; Main Jacuzzi was foggy so passed on using it, and one in our building was closed (cleaning/repair?). There was a steam room which didn't use. Gym was ok - large but not a wide range of equipment if you're used to a nice gym. Though lots of good ellipticals. Parking for 1 car included and it's convenient, but parking a second car is expensive, though less expensive options a few blocks away. Location in the complex (which is large with 4-buildings) was easy to get to from the parking and the front door. Did find the management style in printed materials a bit off-putting --- 10 rules, don't this, etc. everywhere, as opposed to "welcome... and ...". Though the unit was fine, I'd probable see if I could find something else with a better pool (a priority for us), and through a different management company. That said, would also consider this unit again and it was decent value.
