Spacious apartment located in prestigious 5 Star Hotel building located on the South of  Central Park, 35 story's, built in 1920, renovated in 2010. Below Central Park, in the center of Manhattan. In the complex: reception, restaurant, sauna, fitness room, spa area, lift. Public car park. Underground station "5th Ave- 59 St (N, Q, R)" 800 ft, nearby attractions: Theater, fine dining, shopping, World's most famous park.

We have options ranging from a One, Two and Three bedroom apartments. 

The bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms. In the master, sleep well in the king size bed and enjoy the added convenience of walk-in closets. The master bathroom features marble floors and heat lamps. The second bedroom can be configured as either a twin or queen size bedroom upon request, and includes an en-suite marble bathroom, an office bureau and a mini kitchenette. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The third bedroom is right next door to the two bedroom unit with a separate entry through the hallway and is not interconnected with the two bedroom unit.

As our guests enter the grand foyer of our three bedroom residence they have immediate central access to the master bedroom, dinning room, Kitchen, and living room. In the master suite, guests will find a plush king-sized bed, a 40 in HD flat screen television, 2 sizable walk-in closets, and a private bathroom equipped with marble flooring and heat lamps.

The residence houses newly refurbished white oak hardwood floors that truly complement the architecture and furnishings. Large windows offer our guests an unparalleled panoramic view of picturesque Central Park and its lush green foliage, a sight that most do not have the privilege of observing. In addition to our enormous master suite, our spacious living room is a second option for comfortable sleeping arrangements, but don't let the idea of an upscale pullout-sofa fool you. The guest(s) who decides to retire in the living room is awoken to the very best view in all of New York City.

Also at our guests' disposal in the living area, is a state-of-the-art mini kitchen and bar, fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, GE microwave oven and Subzero refrigerator/freezer. We provide a number of powerful electronic devices to further enhance their stay with us. Excellent choice when staying in New York City

My wife and two adult children recently had the privilege to stay Lauren’s apartment in New York. Since this was our first time in New York City we wanted to make sure that the hotel we selected was spacious, in an excellent location, and close to shopping and restaurants.

Prior to making the reservation with Lauren, I searched numerous hotel websites and was continually disappointed at the selections I saw. Fortunately, I located her website and immediately knew I had found the right place. Situated right across the street from Central Park, the beautiful 1 bdr apartment easily accommodated the four of us and could not have been in a more beautiful location. Although not directly facing the park, the room does have a nice view of the park.

The ambassador service provided by Lauren’s team was exceptional and made our stay a most memorable one. Upon making the reservation, we were contacted by both Jeffrey and Chris to ensure that all of our desires would be fulfilled. I asked Chris to provide my favorite beer for me and wine for my wife as well as fresh bagels and they were there waiting for us as we entered the room. In addition, daily weather forecasts were emailed to me and our ambassadors were always just a phone call away.

Overall, the experience was, as my daughter said to me, “magical”, and we have now found a “home away from home” in New York City.
