The perfect place!

The place is located in a residential area not far from "downtown". The apartment is well furnished and equipped. You have stunning views of the sea and the "Baie des Anges". We enjoyed a lot having our lunches and dinners on the terrace. We felt like being at home. We definitely had great vacation. If we ever had a chance to go back to Nice we would like to stay at Florence's property again.

We will be back!

We had a great stay at Florence’s place. The balcony is awesome. The covered area came in handy when it rained. The inside is even better than pictured - plenty of room, very clean and the elevator is so nice after walking around and up the city. Florence was very helpful and available before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Stunning views from a wonderful penthouse

Florence is s wonderful hostess. The apartment is warm and cozy with spectacular views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms had lots of storage space. There is a wrap around deck with access from almost every room. Great views of Nice, the Baie des Anges, and the Port. Easy access to the city with a grocery nearby. There are quiet beaches nearby with great swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.

Marvellous apartment

Location and view was superb! Terraces were even better than the pictures; all-around view of the Mediterranean, and the cruise ships, ferries, fishing boats, yachts and sailboats coming and going very amusing. Easy walking to supermarket, farmer's market, restaurants and beach, although hilly but that's why the view is so great! The apartment is very well-equipped for staying in and cooking, easy access with the elevator and staircase entering right into the apartment. Weather in October was lovely and warm, (sometimes we had to seek shade), the sea a 10min. walk just down the hill) still perfect for swimming. We fully intend to return and hopefully stay for a longer time. ....les & kathy, Vancouver, Canada

Great Spot in Nice

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for 3 months. It was in a nice area close to 3 different bus stops and about a 5 minute scenic walk to the grocery store. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and probably can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Nice.
