About Holly Whall

Originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts and Lyme, CT. , we moved to WPB with our now 17 year old son in 2007. Our home is next door to this vacation property, and we are available if you need anything. Holly works as a Personal Development and Relationship Coach and Tony works as a Physician Assistant. We love spending time in the outdoors, we are animal lovers and dedicated travelers. Holly's passion is riding her horse While Tony and Noah love to scuba dive and mountain bike. We love living in West Palm Beach and especially our neighborhood. It is so quite and low-key here, while there is still so much to do! We love meeting new people and helping to create memorable experiences for others.

Why Holly Whall chose El Cid

This property is right next door to our home and is very unique in that it is in the absolute best location. It has 2 studios on the property, as well as a small three bedroom home. Our street is virtually a dead end and is very small and quiet. There are no houses behind us and there is a path that leads to the intercostal and promenade. There are trees everywhere and beautiful architecture in the neighborhood. The Tree house studio has really good energy and I use the studio downstairs as my office. The house next door is rented to very quiet, respectful, long-term tenants.

What makes this studio unique

Light, Privacy, location.

Very Cute, Comfortable, Clean and Well Appointed Studio Apartment

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I recently spent four nights at this cute, comfortable, clean and well-appointed studio apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we might want for meals and snacks. It has a nice big walk-in closet that came in handy for storing items and hanging our show clothes. We appreciated how friendly and accommodating our host was. Parking is easy and the proximity to the Palm Beach Boat Show was perfect. We'd be happy to stay at this location again if our travels bring us to the area.

Quaint studio in prime location

  • 5 of 5

This small tree house studio has all you need for 1-2 people to visit West Palm Beach. Furniture was comfortable , the studio was quaintly decorated and clean, and some amenities were provided. The location was close to the airport and in a quiet residential area between city and suburban areas, as well as being just across the bridge from Palm Beach Island. Lots to explore if you choose with bikes provided or walking possible. The owner was available to answer questions if necessary.

Enjoying the weather while attending Spring Training.

The cottage was close to PBI airport. We rented a car and enjoyed the sites between the rental and stadiums. Holly was just a text away when we had questions. We enjoyed walking the various streets around the cottage. Right next door was the sculpture garden.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

What a great apartment, clean and very private. It is so close to the intercostal waterway and we walked there daily - sometimes in the evening also. So beautiful. Hope to stay there again.
