About Holly Whall

Originally from Marblehead, Massachusetts and Lyme, CT. , we moved to WPB with our now 17 year old son in 2007. Our home is next door to this vacation property, and we are available if you need anything. Holly works as a Personal Development and Relationship Coach and Tony works as a Physician Assistant. We love spending time in the outdoors, we are animal lovers and dedicated travelers. Holly's passion is riding her horse While Tony and Noah love to scuba dive and mountain bike. We love living in West Palm Beach and especially our neighborhood. It is so quite and low-key here, while there is still so much to do! We love meeting new people and helping to create memorable experiences for others.

Why Holly Whall chose El Cid

This property is right next door to our home and is very unique in that it is in the absolute best location. It has 2 studios on the property, as well as a small three bedroom home. Our street is virtually a dead end and is very small and quiet. There are no houses behind us and there is a path that leads to the intercostal and promenade. There are trees everywhere and beautiful architecture in the neighborhood. The Tree house studio has really good energy and I use the studio downstairs as my office. The house next door is rented to very quiet, respectful, long-term tenants.

What makes this studio unique

Light, Privacy, location.

Such a cozy studio in a great location. We loved the daily bike rides and being so close to the water.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

What a great apartment, clean and very private. It is so close to the intercostal waterway and we walked there daily - sometimes in the evening also. So beautiful. Hope to stay there again.

Perfect little studio!

  • 5 of 5

This little studio was perfect for my husband and I. The layout and the way it was furnished and decorated were so cute. It had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The location was close to everything we needed. The use of the bikes really made it great. The owner, Holly, is the best! Thanks Holly!

Property was small - great for one or two. It was clean and located in a historical area.

Train noise was present at all hours but not a problem after a couple days. Holly was always reachable and neighbors were very friendly. Intracoastal was a block away and long walks on Flagler were lovely. Cant wait to come back.

Owner's Response: Thank you for visiting. The Treehouse Sanctuary is a large studio and so it is only intended to accommodate one or two people. There is a train track about 6 blocks away, but most people don't ever notice the sound. I live next door and don't notice it at all. Happy you enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and along the inter-coastal.

Just perfect

This was a great property for us--everything we needed was there, including wifi, unlike the next place we stayed; it was comfortable, cute, and the perfect size for two to stay and even entertain. Bravo!

Exactly what I needed!!

  • 5 of 5

I have been renting on VRBO for about 7 years now. I rent quite a bit, and I have to say this was one of the very best experiences I have had. The property is perfect for an individual or couple. It's a studio, and the layout is very well designed. The place was very clean, and was decorated in such a way that it felt like home. The bed is SOOO comfortable and there is trees everywhere. You could literally have all the blinds open in the house and no one would see in! The AC is legit and keeps the place perfectly cozy.

The place is like a block from the water. I took morning walks and felt the cool ocean breeze the whole walk. The PBA Campus is a short WALK from the place too!

And Holly, the owner, is SUPER! She was attentive to whatever I needed and knew I was coming in really late the first night and left me something to eat for the morning. So thoughtful. Take it from me, a seasoned traveler on VRBO, this is a VERY good find!!!
