Island style home in the heart of Delray Beach's Lake IDA neighborhood is minutes away from Atlantic Ave and the best Beaches in Florida. The home is 1 block from Lake IDA and located in a private neighborhood setting for peace and quiet, pool time and dinners cooked at the outdoor kitchen or the chef's kitchen inside.
The home has an expansive outdoor area with plenty of pool seating in and out of the sun under the 22x12 covered loggia. Inside you'll find 4 bedrooms (1 is an office) and 3 full baths with all high end finishes including Stainless Steel Thermador kitchen appliances, frameless glass showers, Maytag equipped laundry room, hardwood flooring throughout, granite countertops, marble bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, covered loggia, pool, and an outdoor shower. The home also has High Speed WIFI with Smart TVs throughout the home.
All linens including pool towels are provided as are laundry supplies and bath and shower supplies. Take an Uber ride to the beaches, restaurants or shopping so you never have to worry about driving and parking.
1st Floor: Master Suite (opens directly to the pool), 1st floor office / 4th bedroom, great room, kitchen and 2nd full bathroom with direct and separate access to the pool area.

Excellent Responsiveness

Property was fantastic and the condition was top-notch. One of the things we appreciated most was the extremely proactive communication and responsiveness when a question arose. Truly, a positive experience.

Awesome Home

We had a great stay at this wonderful Delray home. The house was very clean, the kitchen was great, and the beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor grilling area. Five stars all around!

We'll be back

We have rented homes multiple times and this was, by far, the best experience we have had. The host was extremely helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful and was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was minutes to downtown Delray Beach and yet was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

FL Stay

House was great! Location was perfect for me. Close to a great lap pool, beach and I enjoyed biking on A1A. Jim was extremely professional and easy to deal with at all times. I definitely would rent there again!

This is a home that we built for our own family vacation weeks and we make it available when we are not able to use it. We put every effort into the building and decorating decisions to make sure that the home is elegant but comfortable and casual and that the layout allows for personal space for larger families or couples traveling together.
With 2 bedrooms upstairs, extended families or children can have their own area but convene downstairs or on the outdoor loggia and pool area for relaxation, cooking or meals.
Furthermore, we wanted to build a home that flows commensurate with a relaxed vacation feel. The 1st floor master suite and the 2 sliders from the kitchen and great room lead to the outdoor space and pool and we feel the flow of the layout is perfect to enjoy the Florida outdoors but have access to an air conditioned space.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home is in a quiet area but extremely close to any activity you want. We're close to beaches, bars, restaurants, golf and tennis and you'll never have to drive if you so chose. Uber is ever present and there is also a free shuttle service that will pick you up at your front door (The Downtowner).
We've also equipped the home with all that you'll need for your stay from linens and towels to soap, shampoo and a fully stocked laundry, so just show up, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
