A beautiful, restored farmhouse situated in a peaceful position with open views over the countryside. The villa is surrounded by a mature fully fenced garden of 2000 square metres planted with shrubs and many Mediterranean plants, orange and olive trees. It is near the charming villages of Santa Barbara de Nexe, Loulé, Sâo Brás de Alportel and Almancil.

The villa has fast Wi-Fi Internet access and telephone.

The spacious living room with fireplace and satellite tv with free to view channels opens onto a large terrace by the pool with barbecue and tables and chairs. There is a separate dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The accommodation comprises of 1 twin-bedroom with ensuite bathroom, double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 twin-bedroom and separate shower room.

Ample terraces with barbecue surround the 10 x 5m private swimming pool. The pool can be heated at extra cost.

Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price as well as maid service once a week. Covered parking for 2 cars.

Quinta Roxana

Capacité supérieure à celle annoncée car canapé convertible en plus des 4 chambres, beaucoup de linge de toilette et bain, boissons à disposition, donc très bien sauf : - seulement 2 torchons pour une semaine, - manque de vaisselle (essoreuse à salade, saladier).

Belle maison traditionnelle

Belles prestations et magnifiques piscine et jardin. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas à la hauteur des autres prestations. Manque quelques précisions sur la 4ème chambre du 1er etage qui est faite pour une personne seule car très petite. Propriété calme, bien située, jardin bien entretenu, agence locale réactive. Pas de climatisation ce qui n'est pas gênant, sauf en période de canicule à plus de 35 degrés comme cela a été notre cas.
