Rundum empfehlenswert!

Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen - sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig, viel Stauraum, alle Gerätschaften des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden; toller Pool, sehr gepflegt. Cyril, unser Vermieter, war sehr freundlich, äußerst hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir vor Ort verbringen konnten, und den äußerst erholsamen Urlaub! Wir werden sicher gerne wiederkommen.

Vacances réussies

Retour très positif de nos 15 jours passés en famille dans la villa. La maison est très bien équipée et bien située. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et nous avions tout le matériel nécessaire pour réussir nos plats maisons. Les environs sont vraiment très calme. Je recommande cette location pour d’agréables vacances en famille.

3 Generationen Urlaubsgenuss: Villa, Comfort, Ambiente, Ausstattung, Sonne, Pool, Ruhe, Meer,

Das Haus mit Pool übernahmen wir in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und gut, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gepflegtes Grundstück, Bäume und Sonnenschirme als Schattenspender vorhanden, Liegestühle etc. Ruhige Nachbarschaft. Hochwertige technische Ausstattung, alles funktionierte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen gerne wieder :-)

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Fabrègues und sehr ruhig. Es ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die Sachen sind nicht, wie sonst üblich, abgezählt, sondern es gibt viele Teller, Gläser, Besteck, Schüsseln und gutes Kochgeschirr. Der Hauptraum ist sehr groß, die Schlafzimmer sind mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Bei einer Dusche war der Thermostat defekt. Eine SMS genügte und am nächsten Tag war er repariert. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Alles war perfekt.

Vacances parfaites

Accueil très chaleureux du proprio, une maison qui correspond en tout point aux photos et au descriptif. Jolie maison très bien aménagée avec tout le confort qu'on peut demander, très propre, parfaitement entretenue. Jardin agréable, avec belle piscine, balançoire et toboggan pour les enfants, terrain de pétanque... Voisinage très calme, on pouvait dormir jusqu'à 10h00 sans problème avec les fenêtres ouvertes sans un bruit extérieur. La maison est parfaitement située, à moins de 15 minutes de Montpellier, dans une petite ville agréable où tout est accessible à pied par un joli chemin ombragé le long de la rivière, avec parc de jeux pour enfants à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Excellente boulangerie et boucherie dans les 2 rues principales du village, avec encore une fois un accueil très chaleureux. Plusieurs plages à proximité, toutes entre 15 et 25 minutes en voiture et surtout sans aucun bouchon même en plein mois d'août (villeneuve les maguelone, frontignan, Sète, Mèze, Palavas...). Lieu très central pour de nombreuses visites. Bref, nous avons passé des vacances idylliques, absolument rien à redire... Lieu vraiment idéal avec des enfants.
