About this property

In the heart of the Bastille district, 10 minutes walk from the Marais, you will be welcomed in a charming apartment of 35m2, very quiet and bright, located at the end of a courtyard.
It is under the roof, on the 5th floor, with elevator up to the 4th.

It was completely renovated in 2010 and tastefully decorated by the owner (who is a decorator) with quality materials (oak parquet, kitchen in Moroccan zellige). It is, still to this day, like new.
It is very well equipped so that you feel at home.

It is located on the Faubourg St Antoine, a former cabinetmakers' district which has become one of the most popular shopping streets.
In addition, it is 10 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon, 6 metro stations from Gare de l'Est and 7 stations from Gare du Nord.
You will find all possible shops and the Aligre market, the only market in Paris open all week (except Monday) where you can buy high quality products.

You have a WIFI internet connection.
We can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair.

You will also have all the basic ingredients for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices) as well as coffee, tea and cereals.

Great Urban Nest in Convenient Neighborhood

Very quiet, peaceful place, off street and high up in a busy neighborhood. Perfect location close to markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and metro lines. Kitchen was well appointed for cooking and making meals. Host communicated well and coordinating key entry and drop off was seamless.

Absolutely Perfect!

Couldn't have been better - the apartment is lovely, clean, well located, safe and quiet. Vanessa has thought of just about anything one could need, she made everything seamless and easy and was always available for questions. I absolutely loved my stay and hope to be back as soon as possible!

Excellent Experience

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was easy access to the metro and though you are just off the Rue Fauborg Saint Antoine, it was quiet. The neighborhood was friendly and we found plenty of great places to eat nearby. Last but not least, Vanessa was a great host and made the stay hassle free.

Good stay in Paris

Vanessa did a very good of staying in touch with us, although dropped the ball myself initially. The apartment is very clean and well appointed. It was amazingly quite. It is very convenient to both the Bastille Metro stop and to Gare de Lyon. We were able to use the Metro extensively, and conveniently, and get to train station for our departure to Avignon.

Perfect little place in the 12th Arrondissement.

Everything necessary for our three day stay. Quiet, skylights, and excellent use of space. Clean with small elevator to 4th floor. One flight up from there was easy. Fully equipped. Parking is downside if you have rental.
