This 3 story modern design beach home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 1 1/2 bathroom and a private 1 car garage. There's no 'cramming in' at Costa Blanca because of the ample space each bedroom provides. It is a short walking distance to the beach and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas. It is privately owned and exceptionally maintained. From the 2nd floor, you can sit on one of two balconies and enjoy the view of South Padre skyline and partial views of both beach and the bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or relax while you watch the sunset. What a great way to start or end your day! You can also sit on rear balcony and enjoy the full view of large lap pool.

Throughout the home, you can expect to find the normal amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi,cable TV, etc., but Costa Blanca also offers luxury and elegance: granite counters, marble floors, elegant furniture & 4 balconies.

This home is perfect for two small families or a group of 12.

This vacation home has 4 balconies with partial views of both Beach and Bay side. It is great for a group of no more than 12.

The town home is a short walking distance from beach access. It is also walking distance to restaurants and several shops. The island shuttle (The Wave) provides free transportation to the mainland and throughout the island. Unit B is not in the rental pool and at times is occupied by our on site property manager.

When traveling with my 3 children, I always prefer to rent a private home with all its amenities instead of a hotel. This allows me to relax and spend quality time with my children. Having a fully stocked kitchen for home cooked meals is always a plus.

Great vacation home with a nice pool and good access to the beach

We enjoyed our time at the beach and in South Padre. This home was a great place to stay and all of my family were thrilled with the home. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The home is in a nice quiet area. Everyone loved the pool and were in it constantly when not at the beach. We grilled several nights on the gas grill. Plus there are many great restaurants close by. There are 2 access points close by to access the beach with one having restroom facilities. You can't beat the awesome beach and my grand kids and their parents had a blast. This home is a great place to stay as you enjoy all South Padre has to offer. It will be an option for any future trips to South Padre.

Home was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and beach access!

The home was in great condition! The property manager was easily accessible both prior to and during our stay. The home is clean and the pool is nicely sized. The kitchen is small for the number of guests it houses but we managed. Parking was a slight problem given the number of vehicles we had in order to transport the number of adults we had will us. If the unit beside this one is not rented out, can parking be utilized in that unit's driveway?

Wonderful Home

Had a great time. House was in a great location. 5 adults and 7 kids stayed comfortable in this home. The swimming pool was perfect to entertain the kids.

The place was nice but had a couple issues

We had a fun vacation. Just a couple things that didn't work: living room tv, 3rd floor tv in the room to the left and dishwasher. There were two umbrellas outside by the pool and the older one fell over on us while we were swimming. It was not sturdy. The outside gate was off the hinges and was very unsafe to use when trying to rinse the sand off from the beach.

Owner's Response: I would like for our readers to know that Guests who wrote the three star review never reported any issues with televisions or with dishwasher. Furthermore, we have had 5 more families check into this home during July and no one has experienced problems with TVs or dishwasher. The side gate was caught by a very strong wind and was pulled off its hinges but it was repaired within a couple of days.

Great stay!!!

My family and I spent four nights at the coasta Blanca location and it was amazing it was very clean upon arrival Miss Lulu took care of everything that she needed to we had some computer issues in the beginning but everything was taken care of and the pool pays for itself. I would advise you about the three flights of stairs we did not take that into account and by day 2 our legs were throbbing.. There was some construction going on she was working on the grill I did call her and let her know that there were people in and out of the pool area She advised me that they were not supposed to be there and that she would take care of it. The house is very well-maintained some of the utensils may need to be updated but we went to Walmart and bought the things that we needed but other than that the stay was amazing I would recommend it to my friends and family and we will definitely stay at this location again.we also really appreciated the fact that there were chairs available for us to take to the beach they also had coolers available.I hope this review helps I really enjoyed my stay in South Padre Island I hope whoever is reading this does the same.
