Great Ocean Condos Welcomes You to Sea Coast Gardens III 108

*Repairs to the seawall and deck are currently ongoing and the estimated completion date is May 2024. The work may include noise disturbances such as jackhammering, disrupted walking paths, possible beach access closures, limited parking and areas such as the deck may not be accessible.*

Ground floor unit, pool side and close to beach. Tropical decor with kitchen open to Family room/dining great room. Master bath recently updated and master has Tommy Bahama furnishings. Kids room is very bright and includes use of surfboard and beach chairs. Dining table has extra leaf to extend.

Don't forget to bring:

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through the first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach items, and anything else you may need for the perfect vacation.

Amazing stay just needs a few upgrades

Overall the property did what it was intented for. Beds were comfy. Easy access to pool and beach. I only have 2 complaints. TVs need to be updated. Spare bedroom didnt have one. Main bedroom had a old box tv. Living room was the only place with a smart tv, and it was super slow. We spent the majority of the time at the beach amd pool, but its nice to unwind at night watching a show. Pillows in main bedroom need to be replaced. After stripping the bed on our last day, we found disgusting pillows underneath.

Great Condo Property

Overall stay was good. The property is great. Amenities and location are hard to beat. The unit was older and had some flaws. Nothing that can’t be fixed. Would stay again in the complex, no doubt, but may look for a different unit. Dishwasher didn’t work and kitchen was not as clean as I’d like. WiFi didn’t work either. Nothing that harmed my overall stay, just would like a higher quality,

Was nice, a little out dated compared to some of the other units. Master bathroom door did not latch at all, we had to prop stuff against it to keep it closed.

A wonderful place to bring your family!

We have been coming to Sea Coast Gardens since 1974 and now bring all the families back for a ‘family vacation. That meant 45 people and everyone enjoyed it. It has everything that they all love. We had a big shuffleboard tournament that took up one entire day. The beach is very accessible and we put up our tents and spend the whole day. We now bring our great grandchildren and although they are very young, they will also love it. Need I say more?
