Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. The metro was under construction but now is up and running again. Too many keys to access the building but it felt pretty safe. Shopping center nearby and easy drive to downtown. Host was great and answered all questions. Would most definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. A very good price for an apartment

We really enjoyed staying there and having a nice, safe, place to park, and it was close to fwy and shopping. Just couldn’t figure out how to work the AC units. Thx for the great deal!

Wonderful Stay

This apartment exceeded my expectations. I arrived and found it looked exactly as the pictures on the website indicated. It was spacious, clean and very peaceful. This apartment provided me the opportunity to work on my dissertation, to relax and to just enjoy my surroundings. Although I was slightly disappointed that the pool area wasnt open, there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Frederic was most attentive and caring. He made sure my arrival was smooth and without any issues even though I was late. My son was not able to join me until Wednesday and so I spent the first three days alone and I felt safe for the entire time. If I ever have the opportunity to return to Madrid, this will be my first choice as a place to stay. Frederic, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your lovely abode with me! I pray many blessings to you and your family for your kindness. Terry
