This large 1 bedroom condo has it all- Luxurious resort-like setting with two amazing pools, clubhouse, a well-equipped fitness center and a fabulous North Scottsdale location. Whether you want to explore the beautiful Sonoran desert, take in the sights and sounds of Scottsdale, or just relax at a five-star resort, this condominium has it all!

The recently renovated condo is located on the ground floor and has no stairs and is just steps away from the main pool and clubhouse. It includes one reserved covered parking space and plenty of guest parking spots. Residents and guests are the perfect mix of snowbirds and professionals.

All amenities are included- utilities, air conditioning, heat, fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, dishes, cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, toaster, blender and much more. The dining area has a table with seating for four. The living room is tastefully decorated with a sofa and a large chair and new 50" flatscreen TV with cable and free wireless internet connection included with your rent.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed, expansive walk-in closet and a second new 40" flatscreen TV.

Located close to the 101 loop freeway and the best shopping and restaurants. Several nearby grocery store options include Whole Foods, AJ's and Trader Joes and a Starbucks, Nail Salons, Hairdressers, CVS and Walgreens are also very close by.

We loved this condo and would stay here again without hesitation. Adrian was so easy to work with and went out of his way to take care of our requests. Perfect!

Beautiful, clean, inviting, fully stocked and right near the pool! I stayed for over a month and felt so at home! It was so relaxing and quiet to come home to after working in the hospital all night! Beautifully decorated and comfortable!
