Brass Rails is a luxury gated community with underground parking and private elevators. This is a first floor unit overlooking the pool. Perfect for families. The condo has a private balcony that is also accessible from the master bedroom and overlooks the courtyard and spacious pool area that includes a hot tub, picnic area, and lots of sun bathing lounge chairs provided for your convenience. There two pools on property.

Our condo is newly furnished and conveniently located on Tybee's South End approximately 30 yards to the ocean, pier and pavilion. It is within walking distance to most shopping and restaurants.

This unit has bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances in kitchen. Spacious master suite has a king sized bed, walk-in closet, whirlpool tub and separate shower in the spacious master bath. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Guest bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Historic Savannah is just a 20 minute drive. There is much to do and see, so, come on down and enjoy our beach! Island time begins upon crossing the last bridge!

Our condo is family friendly, but please, No smoking, and no pets allowed.

Elevator, security gate entry, garage parking for 2. Note: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

A Month of Tybee Island Fun

We have just finished a month stay at this property and it was great. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet, a very comfortable King size bed, double sink bathroom with shower and tub. The living room is very large and has a comfortable coach and love seat with double doors leading out on a large balcony overlooking the pool. We did a great deal of cooking and used the gas grill extensively. The owner, Kathy, was very quick to answer any emails or phone calls we made and was very helpful to us as we prepared to come to Tybee Island. The unit is very close to the beach, restaurants, Chu's department store (kind of funky but very handy to have nearby) and attractions. There is plenty to do on Tybee but if you are looking for other things, check out the Pin Point Heritage Center, Savannah Wildlife Refuge, Skidaway Island State Park, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge or even a short drive up to Hilton Head and Pinckney Wildlife Refuge. This month went by fast and the stay at Brass Rails was very pleasant. We would love to come back.

Awesome facility. Only issues (which were small) the twin beds were very springy and cheap and tv's didn't work. Everything was great.

Perfect beach vacation!

Wow! Kathy went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The condo is perfectly poolside, and steps from the beach. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and made for wonderful memories. We will certainly be back!!

Great Location!

We stayed in mid-June. The location is wonderful. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained. Loved the fact that this was a gated area. We felt extremely safe at all times. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. Beds were comfy. 2 1/2 baths for 6 people was beyond wonderful. Access to check in with the owner was easy. The owner answered questions quickly. Our only complaint was the TV's in 2 of the bedrooms were very small. I would highly recommend this unit or any other unit in The Brass Rails. We enjoyed our stay and even though it was a week....it was too short! Can't wait to come back.

This condo exceeded our expectations!

This condo was well-furnished and was very roomy. We enjoyed the covered patio area and it was right above the pool so the sound of the fountains was relaxing. The security of the condos was great and they were very helpful if we had trouble unlocking the gates.
