About the Owner

Local New Orleans citizens, we love all things historic and architectural. This area is filled with art and history. The Arts District is a little known gem mixed in with the French Quarter and Garden District. I LOVE this part of town.

Guestbook comments from the manager

One word, PERFECT! This condo was beautiful, as well as immaculately clean! From the unique character of the brick walls, to the open living room/kitchen floor plan & amazingly comfortable beds. This condo is a great place to entertain and enjoy socializing with friends while getting ready for your day in NoLa. The condo was in a great proximity to everything especially downtown French Quarter, yet still quiet enough (away from the party scene of Bourbon St.) to get a good nights rest. The realtors could not have been more hospitable & helpful in recommending the best local restaurants & jazz bars to go to. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend staying here while visiting New Orleans! Amber was an amazing host for us! Thank you for making our stay in NoLa an unforgettable one! :)

A great apartment in a great area of New Orleans.

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was clean and really comfortable. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. The only suggestion would be the addition of a fan in the king size room as the street noise can be pretty loud.

Fantastic Stay

  • 5 of 5

We spent three nights at this wonderful condo in the Warehouse District. The rooms and décor were as described in the listing. The appliances, which we didn't use much, were very, very nice. To our pleasant surprise, there were some quite good restaurants within walking distance. The street was not busy, but that may have been because were we in the low season. In any case, our Uber drivers had no problem locating us and dropping us off. The condo was as quiet as can be expected when in a city. We deliberately picked the Warehouse district to stay away from the chaos in the French Quarter. Also, Nola Vacation Team was top notch and among the best I have ever dealt with. They were on the ball and communicated effectively before, during, and after our stay. That gave us considerable peace of mind. Thank you!

Great modern condo in a rustic warehouse setting

  • 5 of 5

Great stay. Spacious condo with all the amenities and conveniences very close nearby. Far enough from the French Quarter to be quiet but an easy walk to where all the action was. 10 minute walk to the Superdome or waterfront shopping.

Property manager was friendly, responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

A great apartment near French Quarter

  • 5 of 5

This is a very well designed and appointed 2 bedroom apartment within easy walking distance of the French Quarter. The booking process, ease of payment and checking in was very smooth. The apartment is well maintained and everything works. I would recommend it highly.

2 suggestions would be for more hangars for clothes and perhaps having the apartment contain camp chairs that could be carried to the music festivals.

This was our second visit and we will definitely return.

Charming - great place!

  • 5 of 5

Everything went very smoothly with this stay!!! Loved that!!! Mostly because the last time we used a VRBO place (with a property management company) - we had to wait over 45 minutes (in a foreign country no less!!) - and then had to go to a pub to call the place - to get the "person" over to the property to let us in! (and after traveling over 8 hours - and not really sleeping - and then it was raining terribly outside - and we had to wait outside (even though they said the person would be there when we arrived- since we gave them all of our itinerary info). So we were a little bit "hesitant" (although - I had talked to the property person (Amber) beforehand- so I wan't as "worried "). All the apartment info was texted to me - which was very convenient and easy!!!!

The place was very charming - very typical "NOLA"! High ceilings - (and fans) - exposed brick - "old" but with all the modern amenities that one needs/wants for todays busy people. Great location too!!! We purposely did not want to be "in" the French quarter (too crazy for a family) - so this place was a perfect distance away - yet near-by all the other places we wanted to see and go to. Amber was very accommodating in every way - especially when I explained to her that our flight didn't leave until later in the afternoon - (checkout is at 11am) - and she was fine with us staying later. Very accommodating!!

We have absolutely nothing bad or negative to say about the place - or our stay there! (......we had dinner one night at the Mexican restaurant downstairs - and I also got to experience my first Bikram yoga class as well (which is also downstairs) - which was awesome!! ). It was a great vacation - and we would definitely stay there again!!!! Love it!!

Great headquarters for a New Orleans visit.

  • 5 of 5

We found this comfortable two bedroom, two bath apartment a wonderful headquarters for our New Orleans visit. As others have pointed out not only is the apartment within walking distance to many attractions, the St. Charles Avenue trolley line pretty much eliminates the need for a rental car. We would recommend this apartment to friends planning a visit to New Orleans.

Location

From the Owner

It has a great mixture of culture. There are art galleries right outside my door. Food from some of the best celebrity chefs to newly founded pop ups. The River is only a few blocks away and so are the Super Dome and the Convention Center. This is the place to be. Oh, did I forget to mention the Saint Charles Streetcar line is right outside the building too?
