6 bedrooms, 9 Beds, 3 Baths, Back patio, Chef Kitchen, Sleeps 16

A 6-bedroom modern house with newly renovated bathrooms located in the lively neighborhood of Capitol Hill, Seattle. With a sleeping capacity for 16 guests, the house is definitely ideal for large groups. It is conveniently situated within walking distance to downtown and Seattle's most visited spots like Volunteer Park (about 5 minutes walk), Cal Anderson Park( 3 minutes distance), Pike Place, Space Needle and a lot more !

Capitol Hill area is an urban neighborhood with tons of night life and things to do for people old and young. Right in the heart of the action just steps from some of the best restaurants, local bars, coffee shops, entertainment and shopping places. The area is very safe so kids can go to the park, 20 somethings can head for the night life, while others can just enjoy the great Seattle feel of living in a one of the most popular areas of Seattle for your time in Seattle.

The Space is well designed and posh so you have plenty of places to sleep and plenty of space for mingling with friends or family. Feel free to bring your furry friend.. We are pet friendly.. Just because your family has fur doesn't mean we should discriminate. We also clean our homes thoroughly after each guest so we don't leave dander or things that make people who are allergic sneeze or sniffle. We do however, leave it up to you if you want to bring that one crazy relative with you though (don't worry we all have one at least ) .. That can be a personal decision ;-)

We are kid friendly as well in fact each house comes with a pack and play to make you stay easier. If you don't want to lug stuff across the airport or country we can help you find a rental agency that rents kids car seats, toys, and the like.

We also have a number of connections we can help set you up with. Florist, Restaurants etc.

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the Fun House for a 3 generation family vacation. This unique house provided exactly what was described. We had 16 people and the sleeping situation was more than adequate. There was plenty of space and areas for main gathering, young children, young adults and grandparents. The only issue we had was issues with the internet and the house does not provide cable TV. I have rented numerous homes and have never experienced this. It would not have been an issue except the grandparents stayed at the house more than others and with the internet issues they had trouble watching internet TV. One TV did have local stations but it was upstairs in a bedroom. I would recommend they move that to the main living area. The owners were quick to respond to fix the internet issues. The best part of this house is the location. A big highlight is the dressing room. It was perfect for all the girls to get ready and not tie up a bathroom. We were within a quick cab ride or short drive to anything we wanted to do. Restaurants, coffee shops, yogurt, grocery store and bars all within walking distance. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Seattle.

Owner's Response: Tracy, thank you very much for your excellent review. We sincerely appreciate it. Regarding the cable, we do not have cable but we have roku box. There should be 2 channels with the passwords already input, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Your welcome to put in your own log in and password if you have HBO to GO or other paid services. Again, thanks so much and we look forward to hosting you again :-)

plenty of rooms, fast communication

  • 5 of 5

Enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of beds, just enough for all of us. The location is great. There are lot of paces to dine and hang out that are near the house, literally walking distance. The host is easy to communicate with . They are responsive to our needs. We recommend this house. One suggestion is to add more kitchen items like utensils, plates and bowls but other than that , everything was perfect.

Nice Place. Plenty of space. Good times had by all

  • 5 of 5

While sleeping 16 here would have involved a lot of small-ish bed sharing, I had 13 people and it was wonderful. The hot tub was wonderful, there is a spacious backyard, and the kitchen was perfect to cook while others watched and talked.

We had a ladies get away weekend so the getting ready room was also a lot of fun for us.

Thanks for a good weekend.

Great stay in the heart of Seattle!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends and had a great time! The house was fully stocked with towels, kitchenware, and even an impressive array of spices. The rooms were fun with lots of character, and the location was ideal, as it was walking distance to local tourist attractions. House staff was very prompt and responsive. Their attention to detail and dedication was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if in the neighborhood!

Great, functional space for large groups

  • 5 of 5

Loved staying here at Pure Space! Very functional and clean space. Most sleeping areas are upstairs from common area, so the bedrooms are quiet even when the downstairs is loud. Very good kitchen/dining space; we could fit three people in the kitchen at a time, and almost all of us at the dining table at once. Nice outdoor covered patio that came in handy as it rained the entire time. Lots of kitchen gadgets and supplies if you like to/plan on cooking a lot while staying there. Prompt attention to very minor questions that came up. VERY (two blocks) convenient to Broadway shopping and dining, 49 bus to downtown/Market area. Also a nice half hour-45 minute walk downtown if the weather is nice. The only thing is that the bunk beds are listed as being safe for people 150 pounds or less, if that makes a difference to you when booking specific rooms, although I still highly recommend the space.

Great place with tons of room

  • 5 of 5

The house is large and complete with many different flavors to each of its spaces. There are numerous bedrooms, each comfortable and private, and I thought the beds were quite nice. The lighting in particular is clearly the result of someone paying attention - lots of indirect light that feels nice, as opposed to just ugly overhead. The upstairs is entirely bedrooms, which is great since the communal area is down stairs, so those wanting rest can do so even if there's conversation downstairs. There is a lot of space to hang out together, and of course a pretty amazing makeup / get ready room! My favorite part is the kitchen, with a 6 burner gas stove, solid dishwasher, large fridge, and very functional sink. I love to cook, and I spent a lot of time in there. It worked well even with multiple people doing cooking projects simultaneously. The place is in good repair but there were a few very minor issues, like a slow ice maker. Overall we loved it and will absolutely be using it again on our next group trip to Seattle. Oh, and did I mention the location? It's a reasonable 15 minute walk to the Pike/Pine area, if that's what you're into. Could be closer, but it's totally adequate.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your review. We are so glad that you had such a great stay. We have done a lot to install the indirect lighting and were so pleased to hear that you really noticed. It's true that this house is well divided in terms of rest and communal space. The kitchen is also a point of pride for us so again is was so great to hear the you really got a chance to enjoy it. We are investigating the ice maker and will work to have it back to it's full efficiency ASAP.

We are just steps from the most active day and night life in Seattle. There are 100's or restaurants, upscale coffee shops, local bars, entertainment and shopping spots within the area that are literally blocks away. Within 1 block you have the Starbucks concept store where they try out new tactics to be deployed worldwide AND the best coffee in Seattle (not Starbucks) .

The house's closest park is the play ground for a school which is 1 block away. You can also go 4 or so blocks further to Volunteer Park and Cal Anderson Park which are much larger and great places to hang out and see the locals do their thing.

Capitol Hill is the most sought after neighborhood in Seattle and this house sits right in the middle of it all but is just enough on the edge so that it is not running over you and are able enjoy a good night's sleep. There is something for everyone in this area 5 years old to 90 years old.

Within 1 block you have a theater, 20 restaurants or bars, what some say is the best coffee in Seattle, and even a place that makes everything with chocolate, including the drinks.

You can't get more 'Real Seattle Living' than this place.

Capitol Hill is the the home of many well-renowned music venues and bars. Also known as the Eclectic and Energetic, the area represents a combination of the old and modern. The neighborhood also has abundant art galleries, trendy fashion shops and a lot more!
