Beautiful Views

  • 5 of 5

This house is so spacious, and comfortable. The additional seating areas outside to take in the beautiful scenery was so nice, and where we spent much of our time when we weren't out and about. We weren't ready to say good bye and would definitely rent this house again next time we venture to the Bozeman area.

Beautiful area. Views were amazing with really awesome wildlife.

The location and immediate yard were even more than we expected. The kids when home spent a lot of time at the pond and sand, There was a lot of room and privacy for all. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Bathrooms and beds were very clean which is the most important. Not sure if there wasn't enough time for a good cleaning before we got there, but don't believe the carpets got vacuumed and we had to mop the floors but all the cleaning supplies were handy so not an issue for us. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat. We hiked several trails, went white water rafting and on an amazing trail ride, took in 2 museums and played outdoor games every evening! Thank you so much!

Stunning Views!

  • 5 of 5

We loved the 360 degree views! The house had plenty of room, the kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. that we needed and even had spices that guests could use. Stovetop does need to be updated but worked for our needs. The property manager Ty stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed and brought an extra can of propane for the BBQ. Thank you Ty! The bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Water pressure was an issue when multiple people tried to take a shower so we adjusted our schedules to accommodate this. We enjoyed the hot tub, swim pond and the fire pit as well. The lawn had plenty of room for us to play volleyball, Frisbee and corn hole. We would definitely book another stay! You can't beat the wonderful views!

Great home and property is as advertised

  • 5 of 5

Enjoyed Trooper Trail for the long MSU graduation weekend. Loved looking at the M and all the views that this property includes. A very easy quick drive back to campus or to downtown.

It was a beautiful spring weekend in Bozeman, and would loved to have been able to spend a little more time just enjoying the property. The grandparents, however, were able to sit out by the pond and read (snooze) while the younger generations ran errands etc.

As a fellow second home owner that rents my property out as well, I appreciated your onsite manager Ty welcoming us on our arrival, and also all the little "details" that were included. By this I mean: staples in the kitchen, including foil, Ziplocs, salt, pepper and spices; plenty of extra pillows, blankets, bath and hot tub towels; numerous trashcans; games; and even a piano. All the little details that can make your stay cozy! So thank you. We will stay with you again.

Very nice property with an exceptional view and in a great part of town

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is very large and easily accommodated our group. There are plenty of windows to take in the views. The house was well equipped with everything you would need from a BBQ grill to a hot tub. Everything was clean and ready for us to use. Multiple areas in this house to "hang out" in and the area by the pond outside is really enjoyable as well. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful views and a great home!

  • 5 of 5

Great place to stay. LOTS of space in this home. Well appointed with all the extra things you will need. Even though it was only 55 degrees the kids still took a dip in the pond (Minnesota kids=extra tough). Excellent views all around the home. We counted 22 deer at one point on the hillside. Had some ducks visit the pond. Highly recommend this property. Close enough to Bozeman for convenience but far enough out you feel like you are in the country with lots of privacy. Highlights of the trip included renting ATVs and exploring Pipestone ATV park, going to Bozeman Hotsprings after dark (really cool lighting of the pool complex), hiking some local trails, skiing at Bridger.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the wonderful review. I am really glad that you enjoyed the house and the grounds. It is my second home, and I spend all summer there as well as certain weeks during the rest of the year. I am already thinking pond and small stream, sprinklers to get going, repairs to make --- and can't wait to get there and see those views. The picture out the backyard, of the "M", sits above my computer and gets looked at all year round. Again, thanks for choosing my house for your vacation.
