The independent building has a direct ocean intercoastal water front view from both the master bedroom and living room.

We do not have lifeguard etc present and have no way of ensuring your or your families safety. No children should be left unsupervised around pool or on the dock. During the week of your stay our property manager may be attending to the house with his crew to perform regular maintenance functions such as pool cleaning etc.. Should you wish extra privacy please inform him of any requests in that regard.

The view is really that amazing!

I was visiting West Palm for Spring break with my family and we booked this place because of the view and how close it is to the beaches. The view is really that great! Everyday I would go out with my three girls for breakfast near the pool and it was really that nice. If you stay you really must go to "Peanut Island" and go snorkeling. The marina is not even a mile away and a ferry takes you there. It is $12 for round trip. Get there two hours before high tide and the snorkeling was fantastic. Also there is the Phil Foster snorkeling trail at the foot of the bridge and its free. The apartment is connected to the garage and is nicely decorated with two bedrooms. There is a washer dryer in the garage for your use. Honestly the pictures make it look small but there was more than enough room. The main house is the owners vacation house but they are not there if you are staying in the vacation house. Just to let you know the area is not winning any awards for neighborhood of the year but the house is incredible and has a gate to the driveway. The neighbor is really nice too. The grill is AWESOME and we grilled out almost every night! There is a PUBLIX and a bait store very close to the house. We caught catfish, puffer fish, and snapper off the dock. Edwin is the maintenance guy and he greeted us to give us the keys and was really helpful. Just a great time and the owner Laszlo was very responsive and helpful too! Thanks for a great vacation.

A great place to stay. A beautiful view and very relaxing! We were told Check out was 11am. The night before checkout we got a text that told us we had to check out 9am due to the next reservation.... this was very frustrating when you have young kids who wanted to enjoy the pool before leaving. Than it was 930 and yet no one was there to check us out. Of course we were ready and waiting. We call the house manager only to wake him 😞 besides this we enjoyed our stay!!!! Yes it is small and shower floor was not sturdy but we spend most of our time outside!!!!

Great Property.

The backyard/pool and view are beautiful. Also, within walking distance to Publix (4 min) which was very convenient. Only a 15-20 minute walk to Rivera Beach on Singer Island. Really nice! The only thing we didn’t like was that they didn’t inform us that the people who own the property and rent out the pool house were actually home for the weekend. We felt like we were invading their personal space. On Saturday, they told us that the owners were going to be leaving Sunday morning, but they didn’t end up leaving until Monday morning. Also, we wanted to grill out, but the propane tank was nearly empty and the housekeeper wasn’t around to switch it out, so we couldn’t cook like we had planned. Again, it was a really beautiful property, just disappointed with the communication.

Great location, so much fun!

The house is a great value, has direct access to the inter-coastal, and is conveniently located.

The caretaker was very friendly and helpful as well. We had a very enjoyable week long stay, and really enjoyed the house. The house has great views and is right on the water, it doesn't get much better! A couple things that would make this place a "6 star" would be a full size fridge, and larger kitchen sink. We would have loved the pool and hot tub to be heated, but it was stated that they were not. Highly Recommend!!!

We loved the outside area kids loves the pool

The only recommendation we have is a bigger refrigerator . We used cooler by the pool it worked out pretty good . We love to come back next year The property manager very helpful

Backyard, brimming with wildlife, enjoyed from a beautiful pool overlooking the water

The house is small, but who wants to be in a house when your backyard is a resort! The pool, private dock, grill, shade area, all are really as good as the pictures. In fact our pictures look like post cards!! Edwin who helps with the house is amazing, and I would certainly come back.
